1. Pricing and Payment Options

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes. We accept VISA and Mastercard only.

3. Shipping

We will ship to anywhere in Canada and the United States.

GTA: A $9.99 flat rate delivery charge applies to all orders within the GTA. Orders destined to all M- postal codes and most L- postal codes will recieve hand delivery (please call for further clarification).

Canada: Orders destined to all other regions of Canada will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited parcel service unless otherwise requested (other services may require additional shipping costs). Additional charges may apply to remote destinations.

USA: Orders to the United States will be charged shipping based on their size, weight, and destination. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited parcel service unless otherwise requested (other services may require additional shipping costs).

Any applicable taxes and duty as required by each province or state are the responsibility of the customer.

Heavy or oversize orders may require extra shipping costs.

4. Returns

We will only accept returns within 30 days of the pick–up or delivery date. All items must be in their original packaging (unless return is due to a defective item) and accompanied by the original invoice. Any shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Due to the custom packaging of our loot bags a $0.50 re-stocking fee per bag applies to all returns.

Any personal information that we collect including names, addresses, contact numbers, email addresses and payment information is strictly used to process orders. We do not share this information with any other party.
