To Customize Gift & Loot Bags

1. Add to Cart all of the products that you would like to purchase from our website. (You may combine as many items as you want from ANY section of the website. However, the total value of each bag must exceed $3.99 before taxes)
   
   
2. In the Checkout, please indicate how you would like your bags to be assembled by filling in the Order Instructions Field. This may include information on:
   1. Which products should be packaged together
   2. The genders of the children receiving each bag
   3. Children’s names if you want the bags labelled
   4. Any special requests such as a specific design or colour of product for those products that come assorted
   5. Any other information that would assist us in making your bags unique and exceptional
   Example:
   
   For 3 girls:
   Design your own T-Shirt Transfers + 2 SMENCILS
   SMENCIL preference: Orange and Watermelon
   Names: Sara, Leah, Patricia
   
   For 2 boys:
   Design your Own T-shirt Transfer + Decorate Your Own Race Car Piggy Bank
   Names: Seth, Kyle
   
   
   
3. Finalize the Checkout process by entering your payment information
   
   
4. You will be contacted if any clarification is needed
   
   

Delivery / Pick-Up / Shipping

1. We provide hand delivery in the GTA. Please indicate the date the order is needed in the Order Instructions Field at Checkout.
   
   
2. Customers may also pick-up orders at Amazon Downtown Indoor Playground (St. Clair/ Bathurst, Toronto), Little Peeps (Queen Street East/Broadview), or Planet Kid (Roncesvalles Avenue/Queen Street West). Please indicate in the Order Instructions Field of the Checkout which location you would like to pick-up at. Drop-offs are made at Amazon Downtown on Tuesdays (Orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled Drop-Off time). Please indicate the date & time of when you intend on picking up your order in the Order Instructions Field at Checkout.
   
   
3. Customers outside of the GTA will receive their order via Canada Post Expedited Service (2-5 day guaranteed service to most locations. Please indicate in the Order Instructions Field the date you require your gift & loot bags by. If you require Rush Service please call us at 647-876-0054.
